SECURING OUR BORDER
As a Nation we have to have border security, you wouldn’t leave your doors and windows wide open in your own home, while you sleep at night, so why should we allow Lady Liberty’s home to be wide open to people willing to make deals with the drug cartels in order to secure entry into our country. This affects us in our district by the strain on our police force, emergency services, hospitals, school systems, judiciary support and other social services. The added crime, the abuse of children and teens for cartel profits is not only heartbreaking, but breaking and draining our resources.
The drugs coming across due the open border has caused more deaths this year than any year prior, and has tremendous heartache and distress for our citizens losing their loved ones.
The current administration cares more about getting more potential voters for their party and less about the citizens who live here currently.
The democrats are already attempting to enact laws to allow illegal immigrants to vote in their local elections an example of this the the “drive to vote campaign” that was created in California. When Californians were issued a drivers license they were automatically sent a voter registration card, this led to potentially 3 million illegal votes in our federal election in 2016 and most likely more 2020.
The current administration has created barriers to prevent good, upstanding legal immigrants by increasing the number of forms required and increasing the cost per form. Making it 1,500 dollars per form, for many costing more than 20,000 to complete the applications. Former President Trump required fewer forms and reducing the barrier to obtain green cards and ultimately citizenship to those who arrived legally.
The current Biden administration rewards those entering illegally, providing hotels, transportation, benefits that will bankrupt this nation if it continues.
For those who want to check grammar and spelling I appreciate this; however, I have noticed the Capitans of the Grammar Police often want to defund our actual Police forces that protect and serve all of us. Go figure.
Protecting Life
When women find themselves on the journey of becoming a mother, they often find their situation to be overwhelming due to a lack of support system and the financial burden creates a fight or flight mode due to the pressures. Along with the stress, comes the feeling of it needing to act in a timely manner.
While, I agree with Governor Gregg Abbott’s recent legislation called the Heartbeat Law, I propose that we allow Associations to negotiate group rates, which is currently prohibited by Federal Law that was spearheaded by Union Leaders to prevent Associations to offer affordable group rates. Under the Affordable Care Act pre-existing conditions excluded, but raised all cost making it for many patients prohibitive to obtain care.
This solution would not only provide insurance for the uninsured, but it would give pregnant individuals a wider net to cast when searching for an OBGYN, one that would provide unyielding compassion for their patient which would allow the individual to focus on their needs as a mother and the future of their child.
Those who are insured with Medicaid, I would like to have a wider variety of physicians to choose from, so they are comfortable making their decisions with the doctor of their choosing.
If the physician can not provide care, the individual under my plan would be able to obtain insurance by joining an Association, that Association would negotiate group rates which will bring down the monthly cost of the insurance, the co-pays, the deductibles as well as providing pre-existing conditions to be approved. The pregnant woman’s fears over the financial burdens regarding insurance will be reduced.
Currently, the law does not allow preexisting conditions to be considered, because of the Affordable Care Act; forcing pregnant individuals to only have Medicaid as an option for coverage; however, if the Federal Government passed the law where Associations can negotiate group rates every American citizen would have the opportunity to be medically insured at a more affordable rate.
When you are pregnant you have a multitude of appointments that you must attend, you must disrobe, you must have pelvic exams, the physician, along with a medical staff member must be a witness for the physician and the patient’s perspective might be negatively compromised.
The patient might feel vulnerable and violated if they never consented to intercourse or even remembered the encounter, because they were drugged. The anger sets in and they jump into that fight or flight mode and race to different state to abort and not considering life altering consequences.
I have met physicians who break protocol to hug and cry with their patients and those physicians are right here in our district. If women had more access to obtain care and information these empathic physicians it will alleviate the pregnant individual’s stresses and they will hopefully see a future where their child can grow and thrive in an environment where they are loved. The love starts with addressing the patients needs first.
If an unwarranted act was committed, those at fault will be prosecuted with DNA testing. Ideally adoption services should be regulated to provided the best outcome for both mother, child, and adoptive parents.
The current administration throws away billions of dollars, why can’t associations negotiate group rates that provides insurance for EVERYONE, you could create an association called Don’t Mess With Texas and be able to be a part of a huge group of insured. The money saved could be used to allocate funds for top notch adoption services and provide a pathway for citizens in utero to be alive and thrive.
The Current Energy Crisis
I oppose sustainable subsidies for solar cells, biofuels and windmills, see "Planet of the Humans"
by Jeff Gibbs.
Hydrocarbons exist throughout the Universe and are produced on Earth by natural geological processes, if we do not capture and use these resources, they are an environmental hazard.
Responsible use of coal and petroleum have enriched every life on Earth.
The current energy crisis that has been created by the Biden Administration reversed Former President Trump’s accomplishment of securing our Nations status as ‘Energy Independent’ country. Where we once were exporting oil and natural gas were are now by executive orders limiting oil and gas productions and have sided with foreign governments such as Russia, Iran and Saudi Arabia to import these fuels into the United States, in order to acquire adequate supply for our population to function, which is still insufficient.
In this country gas prices have risen 40% plus during Biden’s first year in office, his desire to have everyone go to electric cars will cause an additional crisis. Electricity is produced primarily by oil, gas, and coal (carbon fuels.)
The current electric grid is not adequate enough to support a mandate of only electric run vehicles in the United States. This will lead to electrical brown outs and blackouts across the country. Requiring people with limited hours of usage, during peak hours the cost will dramatically rise. The cost of electricity and gasoline has been estimated to double if this happens.
This has not been a well thought out program and has tremendous errors and reasoning that will adversely affect the average citizen. The citizen just trying to drive to work, to provide a livelihood in order to feed their family and pay for a roof over their heads will have to make a decision of being cold versus driving to work. This will not be our America as we knew it.
The alternative power that Biden is promoting such as solar panels, they themselves only last about 10 years ( they claim 30) and then have to be buried, due to the toxic substances contained in the panels.
Boron and gallium which are contained in solar panels can both be toxic, causing pulmonary edema, respiratory distress and also can be fatal to humans depending on the amount of exposure due to the gases the panels emit when heated. This can lead to headaches, gastric distress and diarrhea.
So my question is does the Biden Administration want us to all have headaches and defecate everywhere, just so we’re not oil and gas dependent? Is that how we are saving the plant?
Eight of of the top ten solar panels are manufactured in China. One is manufactured in Korea and one is assembled in the United States; however, the components are manufactured in Asia. So, who are we enriching? Asia or America?
During the manufacturing of solar panels there is a toxic compound that is called silicon tetrachloride, which involves combining hydrochloric acid with metallurgic grade silicon it reacts to the hydrogen producing the liquid silicon tetrachloride. Most manufacturing companies dump the toxins in the water, which is more harmful to the environment than any carbon emissions.
This can also be found in the production of lithium batteries. The mining of lithium is inhumane on the labor forces and inhumane on the environment, because of the large quantities of water needed to wash the toxic substance of lithium during the mining which is dumped back into the water supplies due to the lack of environmental and labor controls where it is mined. This is more dangerous to the environment than oil and gas. The oil and gas companies have to adhere to a multitude of restrictions to limit any impact on our environment.
These alternatives do not make sense when you look into them further. A lithium battery runs out in 10 years and the battery has to be buried like nuclear waste, due to the toxicity. How does this make sense?
Have people really thought out this alternative fuel process? This is a carbon-based planet. Everything on Earth is made up of carbon, human beings are made up of 16% carbon. Everything we touch is carbon. If your jewelry has a diamond that is considered a carbon based trinkets. Carbon is needed as a gas in the air, when we breathe out, we create carbon dioxide, which is converted to oxygen by plants which makes carbon gasses necessary for all life forces to survive. Why isn’t there a mandate for every citizen to plant a tree? I’d be open to that policy and it would be truly a green new deal.
Is the current administrations intent to rid humans off this plant to acquire a carbon neutral environment? Are they thinking less people, means less carbon gasses?
The last hundred years the average the temperature on the earth has changed by less than 1° degree, so where is the global warming caused by oil and gas? Notice how they change the phrase Global Warming to Climate Change, using regional changes as evidence of climate change. Regional cyclical changes in weather have occurred for hundreds of years, this is not evidence of climate change.
Other third world countries are not reducing carbon emissions and they are not controlling toxic substances in the manufacturing process.
Instead of limiting the United States we should be encouraging both manufacturing and production of fossil fuels since we have the strictest environmental controls. This is ideal for American citizens, producing quality, high paying employment, a safer work environment, that results in a cleaner Mother Earth.
